About The CLB

The CLB is known for our 50 minutes signature follow-the-trainer and beat-based workouts. Our studios are designed with a stage and catwalk, allowing the trainer to be at the heart of the room – creating an empowering energy you can feel throughout the entire class. Three different ways to show up: POWR, TONE and LIFT. Different focus, same fire.
